This Instrument brings into force sections 3, 4, 9, 10(1) and (3) and 13 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2010 (“the Measure”) on 1st July 2010. The remaining provisions of the Measure, except for section 8, are brought into force on 1st September 2010.
