This Instrument brings into force, on 1st June 2010, sections 1 and 3 of the Vacancies in Suffragan Sees and Other Ecclesiastical Offices Measure 2010. The provisions commenced reduce the number of persons to be presented to Her Majesty for appointment to a suffragan see from two to one and abolish rights of the Crown relating to cession.
