Stipends (Cessation of Special Payments) Measure 2005 (Appointed Day Instrument 2005) No. 3

Now therefore I ROWAN DOUGLAS by Divine Providence Archbishop of Canterbury do hereby appoint that:

• all the provisions of the said Measure other than section 2 shall come into force on the first day of July 2005; and

• the said section 2 shall come into force on the thirty–first day of December 2005.
