Clergy Discipline Measure 2003 (Appointed Day Instrument 2005) No. 1

Now therefore I ROWAN DOUGLAS by Divine Providence Archbishop of Canterbury do hereby appoint that the following provisions of the said Measure shall come into force on the 1st day of June 2005:

Subsections (3) and (4) of Section 449
