The Court of Session makes this Act of Sederunt under the powers conferred by section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879(1) and all other powers enabling it to do so.
Citation and commencement, etc.
1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2026.
(2) It comes into force on 13th March 2026.
(3) A certified copy is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
Lands Valuation Appeal Court
2. The judges named for the purposes of appeal under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 are—
(a)the Right Honourable Lord Malcolm;
(b)the Right Honourable Lord Tyre;
(c)the Right Honourable Lord Clark; and
(d)the Right Honourable Lord Ericht.
Revocation
3. The Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2025(2) is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)
This Act of Sederunt appoints the judges who may hear appeals under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 2025 which previously made such provision.
