The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2026

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 252 and 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19971 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
