<Text>This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Part 2 Further Extension) Order 2025 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.</Text>

<Title>Further extension of period</Title>

<Text>The period for which sections 14 to 30 and schedules 5 to 7 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 have effect is further extended<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> for the period of 5 years beginning with the date on which this Order is made.</Text>

<Text>A previous Order (<Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ssi/2020/140" id="c00001" Year="2020" Number="140" Class="ScottishStatutoryInstrument">S.S.I. 2020/140</Citation>) extended the effect of Part 2 for a period of 5 years from 5 May 2020. This Order further extends the effect of Part 2 for a period of 5 years.</Text>
