These Regulations amend the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2025 (“the Principal Regulations”) and come into force on 31 March 2025.

The Principal Regulations were amended by the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Amendment Regulations 2025 (S.S.I. 2025/73) (“the Amendment Regulations”). Regulation 2(2) of the Amendment Regulations inserted regulations 13 to 15 into the Principal Regulations.

Regulation 2(2) of these Regulations amends regulation 1(2) of the Principal Regulations to include reference to regulations 13, 14 and 15 in that provision, ensuring that they will come into force on 1 April 2025.
