Appointed day - Qualifying repairs and tolerable standard
2. 6 December 2025 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2025 Act—
(a)section 46 (social landlords: qualifying repairs),
(b)section 47 (tolerable standard: damp).
