Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(4) of the Pilotage Act 19871 and all other powers enabling Ministers to do so.
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Ardersier Port Limited (Pilotage Powers) Order 2024 and comes into force on 20 January 2025.
Application of the Pilotage Act 19872.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides that Ardersier Port Limited is a competent harbour authority for the purposes of the Pilotage Act 1987.
The applicant for the Order is Ardersier Port Limited having their registered office at Level 4, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1QS.
