Amendment of expiry date of Part 1 of the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022

2.—(1) The 2022 Act is amended as follows.

(2) In section 7(1) (expiry of Part 1) for “31 March 2023” substitute “30 September 2023”.
