Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(2) of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 20211.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 31 March 2023.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 92 (heat networks supply targets) of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021 is 31 March 2023.

The following provisions of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021 have been brought into force by commencement regulations made before the date of these Regulations.
