9 March 2023 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—

(a)

section 113(1) (Police Negotiating Board for Scotland- establishment and functions), but only for the purpose of the insertion of section 55A of the 2012 Act (establishment of the PNBS),

(b)

section 113(3) and (4),

(c)

schedule 3 (Police Negotiating Board for Scotland),

(d)

section 114(1)(b) (consequential and transitional).
