12.  Regulation 18 of the 1995 Regulations continues to have effect as it did immediately before 1 April 2023 for the purpose of an appeal by way of stated case in accordance with rule 3 of the Act of Sederunt (Valuation Appeal Rules Amendment) 1982(1).
