These Regulations amend the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023 (“the 2023 Regulations”) in order to correct a clerical error.

Regulation 2(2) amends the date appointed by the 2023 Regulations for the coming into force of section 69 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019.
