2. 3 October 2023 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Act 2023, so far as not already in force(1).
Sections 26, 31 and 32 came into force on 8 March 2023 by virtue of provision made in section 31(1) of the Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Act 2023.
