Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Aquaculture and Fisheries etc. (Scheme for Financial Assistance) (Scotland) Regulations 2022.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 April 2022.

(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
