These Regulations may be cited as the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

In these Regulations, “the 2020 Regulations” means the Deposit and Return Scheme for Scotland Regulations 20202.
