Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 88(6) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 20101 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 88(7) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers intend to make a marine conservation order (a “permanent order”) in respect of the Red Rocks and Longay MPA2 (in accordance with the requirements of section 87 of that Act), and they have published notice of their proposal to make the permanent order3.
