The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of powers conferred by section 38(1) and (6)(b) and (c) and paragraphs 7(b) and 14(1) of schedule 1 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraphs 10, 11 and 14(1) of schedule 1 of that Act, they have consulted such persons as they considered appropriate, directed that notice be given of the general effect of these Regulations and considered representations and objections made.
