<Text>This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2022 and comes into force on 1 April 2022.</Text>

The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1998/46" id="c00006" Class="UnitedKingdomPublicGeneralAct" Year="1998" Number="0046">1998 (c. 46)</Citation>.</Text></Para>
