1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Homeless Persons (Suspension of Referrals between Local Authorities) (Scotland) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1987 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987,
“relevant local authority” means a council constituted under section 2(1) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1).
