The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 19(3) and 53(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 19881, sections 62(1)(d) and 77(1) of the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 20162 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
