Saving provision in relation to the definition of “coronavirus” under the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018

2.  Despite section 12(1) of the first Scottish Act, section 1 of that Act continues in effect for the purposes of section 52A and section 52B of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018(1).
