The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26, 28A(4), 70(1), 73(a), 74(a) and 105(7) and paragraphs 2(2) and 2A of schedule 11 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
