The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 33(2), (3)(a), (b), (c) and (f), and (3A), and 36(1), (2)(a), (d) and (e) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 19861 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
