When an appeal has been appointed to proceed under Chapter 8 procedure, the Court must order the Clerk to—
a
fix a hearing and intimate the date and time of that hearing to parties; or
b
intimate to parties that the appeal will be considered on written submissions and specify the date by which such submissions are to be lodged.

The Court may make any order required to regulate procedure in the appeal.
