The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 237(2)(b)(ii) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

2004 c. 33. Section 237(2), in so far as extending to Scotland, was amended by paragraph 6(5) of schedule 2 of the Civil Partnership (Scotland) Act 2020 (asp 15).
