Transitional provision: general binding rules activity 347.
In relation to new activity 34 (storage of liquid digestate) inserted into schedule 3 of the 2011 Regulations by regulation 3(4)(p), a liquid digestate storage system or slurry bag storage for liquid digestate—
(a)
which was constructed before 1 January 2022, or
(b)
in respect of which planning permission was granted before 1 January 2022, but which is not constructed before that date,
is not required to comply with the rules specified in column 2 until 1 January 2024.
