Amendment of the schedule of the principal Order S

3.—(1) In Part II of the schedule of the principal Order, omit the entries relating to the Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980(1).

(2) In Part III of the schedule of the principal Order—

(a) omit the entries relating to the National Health Service (Food Premises) (Scotland) Regulations 1987(2).

(b) omit the entries relating to the National Health Service (Appointment of Consultants) (Scotland) Regulations 1993(3).
