The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 88(1) and (5) of the Coronavirus Act 2020(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
The Scottish Ministers are satisfied that the conditions specified in section 88(11) of that Act are satisfied in relation to the provisions suspended by these Regulations.
