2. In section 76(2)(b)(ii) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1) (maximum amount of a candidate’s election expenses at a local government election other than an Authority election)—
(a)for “£740”, substitute “£806”, and
(b)for “6p”, substitute “7p”.
