Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) and (3) of the Planning (Scotland) Act 20191.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Amendment Regulations 2021 and come into force on 29 September 2021.
Amendment of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 20212

The Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 20212 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 3 (appointed day – pre-application consultation) for “1 October 2021” substitute “1 April 2022”.
