Amendment of schedule 2 (ordinary residence)

26.  In schedule 2 (ordinary residence), in paragraph 2—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1)—

(i) for “9(b)”, substitute “9(e)”,

(ii) after “Islands,”, insert “Gibraltar,”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (2)(b), after “resident in”, insert “the Islands, Gibraltar or in”,

(c) omit sub-paragraph (3).
