The Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) Regulations 2012315 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “council tax reduction scheme”, at subparagraph (b), for “Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Regulations 2021”.
