Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 63(2) of the Planning (Scotland) Act 20191.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 17 July 2021.
Appointed day – promotion and use of mediation etc.2
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 40 (promotion and use of mediation etc.) of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 is 17 July 2021.
