Expiry of provisions of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 20202
14 June 2021 is specified as the day on which the following provisions in schedule 4 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 expire—
a
paragraph 18(2) (modification of the definition of “prisoner” provided in rule 2(1) of the 2001 Rules),
b
paragraph 18(4) (modification of the cases to which Part IV procedure applies as set out in rule 17 of the 2001 Rules),
c
paragraph 18(5) (modification of the circumstances in which an oral hearing is to be held under rule 20 of the 2001 Rules).
