2.—(1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In schedule 1 (list of police stations in Scotland)—
(a)for the entry relating to Aberdeen Police Station, substitute—
“Aberdeen Police Station

AB10 1AB”;
(b)for the entry relating to Peterhead Police Station, substitute—
“Peterhead Police Station
Buchan House
St. Peter Street
Peterhead
AB42 1QF”; and
(c)omit the entry for Saracen Police Station.
