Variation or cancellation of a designation5.
Before a section 26B designation may be varied or cancelled—
(a)
the planning authority must give notice of the proposed variation or cancellation of the section 26B designation in accordance with regulation 6,
(b)
if an effect of the proposed variation would be to include an area within a short-term let control area, the proposed varation must be approved by the Scottish Ministers, and
(c)
the planning authority must give notice of the variation or cancellation of the section 26B designation in accordance with regulation 9.
