Designation of a short-term let control area3.
Before an area may be designated as a short-term let control area for the purposes of section 26B of the Act—
(a)
the planning authority must give notice of the proposed designation in accordance with regulation 4,
(b)
the proposed designation must be approved by the Scottish Ministers, and
(c)
the planning authority must give notice of the designation in accordance with regulation 9.
