Interpretation2.
In these Regulations—
“the 2016 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016,
“the 2020 Act” means the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020,
“the 2016 Regulations” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Regulations 20164,
“the 2018 Regulations” means the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 20185.
