Amendment of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004

2.  In Part 2 of schedule 1 of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (Category 1 Responders: Scotland), after paragraph 17 insert—

Integration authorities

17A.   An integration authority within the meaning of section 59 of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(1).”.
