Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Elections (Reform) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provision) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 14 May 2021.
(2)
In these Regulations—
“the 1973 Act” means the Local Government (Scotland) Act 19732,
“the 2020 Act” means the Scottish Elections (Reform) Act 2020.
