2. 18 March 2021 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Act 2021—
(a)section 5 (guidance),
(b)section 6 (statement on exercise of functions), and
(c)section 7 (consultation).
