These Regulations may be cited as the Looked After Children (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on 31 March 2021.

Subject to paragraph (4), regulation 3 comes into force on 26 July 2021.

Paragraphs (6), (7), (8) and (9) of regulation 3 come into force on the relevant day.
