Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 1 April 2021.

In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019, and
“the 1997 Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 M1.
