13.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2016/7 of 5th January 2016 establishing the standard form for the European Single Procurement Document(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)for the words from the beginning to “2016, the” substitute “The”,
(b)for “European single procurement document” substitute “Single Procurement Document”,
(c)for “Article 59 of Directive 2014/24/EU” substitute “regulation 60 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015(2)”.
