Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Act 20071 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
The Scottish Ministers consider it necessary to make this Order for the purpose of obtaining information in relation to the prevention, control and reduction of parasites on fish farms.
