The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32B(1), 32D(1) and (2), 32G(3)(b) and 32Q(8) of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
