3. In the Table of Fees (table of fees payable to sheriff officers) in schedule 1 of Act of Sederunt (Fees of Sheriff Officers) (No. 2) 2002(1), at the end insert—
“(h) Service of a document in Scotland under the Convention on the service abroad of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters concluded on 15th November 1965 (commonly referred to as the “Hague Service Convention”) where service is effected by a method mentioned in rule 5.4(1), (3), (4) or (5) of the Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 (service within Scotland by sheriff officer)(2) or rule 5.5 of the Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Appeal Court Rules) 2015 (methods of intimation: by sheriff officer)(3) | 142.51 | 142.51” |

The Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 are in schedule 1 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907 (c.51). Schedule 1 was substituted by S.I. 1993/1956 and last amended by S.S.I. 2020/166. Rule 5.4 was last amended by S.S.I. 2011/193.
